Live Video
Live video is, of course, live at 11AM Sundays and 7PM Wednesdays. If you wish to view any video later go to the Live Archived Video link under the Video tab. You will still need Adobe Flash Player to watch. You may also, depending on the computer, need to right-click and pick "Play" from the context menu if the video does not start by itself.
Downloading
If you wish to download without the intricacies of podcasting you will need some kind of media player on your PC, Mac or Linux machine. Most machines are set up to play Mp3 files by default when you left click or select the link. If your computer DOES NOT play mp3 (audio files) by default then an install of Quicktime will fix that. There are also many other audio players available, such as: Windows Media Player, VLC Media Player, iTunes and WinAMP. Pay attention during the installation process to be sure the player handles Mp3 files by default.
If you wish to save one or more teachings for later listening then right click on the link image 
instead of the standard selecting left click. You will be presented with a "context menu" with many options. To download choose, in Internet Explorer "Save Target As". or the same command in Firefox would be "Save Link As".
Subscribing to iTunes by clicking on the link below, iTunes should open on your computer.
